Prayut Chanaksorn
Ajarn Prayut Chanaksorn is a Senior Professional Level Teacher (K 3 Teacher) and the head of the Horwang Music Academy at Horwang School. He has played a significant and widely recognized role in the music industry both nationally and internationally.
Education and Experience
Ajarn Prayut began his music education with the marching band at Ratchasima Wittayalai School and earned an associate degree in Western Music from Nakhon Ratchasima Teachers College. He later graduated with a bachelor's degree in Music Education from Chandrakasem Rajabhat University. In 1997, he had the opportunity to study marching band techniques with Professor Makoto Fukuda and conducted a study tour of the Aimachi Marching Band in Nagoya, Japan, to enhance his musical skills and knowledge.
Achievements and Leading the Marching Band to Global Recognition
As a musical leader, Ajarn Prayut led the Horwang School marching band to participate in the 11th World Music Contest in the Netherlands, where they won a gold medal and the highest daily score award. These awards not only confirmed his ability to conduct the band but also demonstrated the quality and skills of the students in the Horwang School marching band. Additionally, he played a crucial role in supervising the Horwang School marching band in collaboration with marching bands from seven other institutions at the FESPIC Games, involving 750 students. This level of collaboration highlights Ajarn Prayut's excellent management and communication skills.
Consulting and Creating Music Bands
Beyond his role at Horwang School, Ajarn Prayut also serves as a consultant for the St. Paul School marching band in Si Racha, Chonburi Province, in their participation in the 14th World Music Contest in the Netherlands. He also led the Horwang School marching band at the Nagoya Festival in Japan. His dedication and ability to bring marching bands to international stages have earned him widespread recognition in the music industry. Ajarn Prayut has also been instrumental in promoting national and international competitions for the Horwang School marching band, resulting in numerous awards and making the school well-known in the music community. He has also created new music ensembles, such as the Horwang Big Band, Horwang Color Guard, and Horwang Drumline, demonstrating his commitment to musical development at the school.
Horwang Music Academy (Special Music Classroom)
Horwang School has participated in the Special Music Classroom Project of the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC), with Ajarn Prayut as the driving force. He encourages musically talented students to join the project, leading to the formation of various music ensembles, such as orchestras, choirs, contemporary music bands, modern Thai music bands, and wind orchestras.

Through Ajarn Prayut's dedication and musical teaching skills, many notable alumni have emerged, including:
- Dr. Narong Prangcharoen, Dean of the College of Music, Mahidol University, the first Thai to win the prestigious Charles Ives Award in composition.
- Assistant Professor Jinnawat Mansap, a faculty member in the Department of Music, Faculty of Humanities, Kasetsart University.
- Dr. Tarin Supprakorn, a faculty member in the Department of Music, Faculty of Humanities, Kasetsart University
- Boom Saharat Tiamphan, also known as Boom The Star Idol, the first winner of Thailand's The Star Idol competition and an early student in the Special Music Classroom Project at Horwang School.

Dewi Permatasari
Dewi Permatasari was graduated master degree of medicine from University of Indonesia. she started as a team manager from elementary school, the first time we go competition in Hong Kong Youth Marching Band Competition and won third place in junior class and first place of marching parade. and than growing to junior and senior high school. Our team joint the MWBC, MIVAC, BACCOR, KLMBC, and won some category. Because of her passion with marching band she also joint the national organization. Now become serious making the music school with her companion.
Miroslaw Chilmanowicz
Long-time Bandmaster of the Representative Orchestra of the Polish Army.
Appreciated for his outstanding achievements in specialist training of musicians of the Representative Orchestra of the Polish Army. He has repeatedly commanded and directed the musical military honorary escort during official ceremonies with the participation of the highest state authorities of the Republic of Poland and monarchs, presidents and prime ministers of other countries, as well as the highest military commanders and leaders of international organizations. He is the author of choreographic arrangements for parade drill shows presented by the Representative Orchestra of the Polish Army. Author of over 200 parade drill arrangements. Thanks to his excellent individual preparation and personal skills,he was recognized as the best drum major of European military orchestras.
Founder, conductor and Artistic Director of the OSP Nadarzyn Orchestra, the most famous Polish drum major.
In 1998, he founded the Brass Band at the Volunteer Fire Department in Nadarzyn from scratch. Since its inception, it has played an important role in promoting musical culture among the local community, as well as in Warsaw and its surroundings. The orchestra has actively participated in all important municipal, district, provincial, state and religious celebrations.
During these 25 years of activity, the Mirosław Chilmanowicz Orchestra has played many concerts both in Poland and abroad in Thailand, Oman, USA, China, Vietnam, Australia,Singapore, Malaysia, Mexico, and all countries of Europe, always arousing the enthusiasm of the audience.
In the famous Esplanade concert hall in Singapore, he was the first Pole to conduct a concert of a renowned international orchestra. In 2023, he prepared a choreography for the songs of the biggest Polish POP star Dawid Podsiadlo. During his concert tour, the Orchestra performed at the largest stadiums in Poland, gathering over half a million viewers. The Orchestra, under the direction of Mirosław Chilmanowicz, is also a multiple Polish and European Champion. In Thailand, she won the title of World Champion in the Street Parade competition”. Each performance of the orchestra conducted by Mirosław Chilmanowicz is a great show combined with dynamic interaction with the audience. The performances he prepares are perfectly prepared spectacles. The choreographies created by Chilmanowicz win the highest recognition from both the audience and jurors during competitions all over the world.
For years involved in the amateur music movement, he combines artistic work with pedagogy. With his passion, commitment, charisma and skills, and above all his love for music, like no one else, he is able to encourage amateur musicians to work hard, to devote themselves limitlessly to the orchestra, always setting very high demands. Mirosław Chilmanowicz conducts workshops for Bandmasters and Drum Majors of Brass Bands from all over Poland, sharing his vast knowledge on training orchestras in uniform.
Fadiel Gasant
Fadiel Gasant was born on the 10th February , 1971 in the Western Cape Cape Town South Africa. He studied at Talfalah primary school and began playing in the Orient School of Music , starting from Grade 2, attending secondary school in the year 1986,he become the AWOCD marching band DIRECTOR Fadiel Gasant, the founder and director of the Orient Super Band, has made significant contributions to the world of marching bands.

Rio Carnival Participation:
In 2019, the Orient Super Band, under the banner of the Western Cape Marching Band Association, achieved a historic milestone. They became the first South African marching band to participate in the iconic Rio Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Fadiel Gasant led the team, which consisted of 40 members from the Cape Flats. They took part in the Samba Street Parade during the carnival, showcasing their music and talent
The parades took place from March 1 to 7, with the finals held on March 9. Passion for Music and Education: Fadiel’s journey began when he started playing in the marching band at the Orient School of Music in Western Province, in Cape Town.
Fadiel decided to become a teacher.
Fadiel’s dedication to music education and his role in promoting marching bands have left a lasting impact. The Orient Super Band continues to thrive, and they plan to celebrate their 25th anniversary this year
