Panupong Lorsong, also known as "Aon," holds a Bachelor’s degree in Acting and Directing from Burapha University and a Master’s degree in Performance Management from Chulalongkorn University. With over 18 years of experience in the marching arts, he specializes in Color Guard and Visual Design for both Marching Show Bands and Winter Guards. throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to teach and design shows for numerous bands, achieving consistent success on both national and international levels.

Domestically, Panupong is highly regarded, having led ensembles to win the prestigious Royal Trophy in marching band competitions more than 15 times and securing over 10 championship titles in Winter Guard competitions, along with frequently receiving "Best Color Guard" awards. His international acclaim is equally impressive and historic. Notably, he was the first Thai individual to receive a "Master Rating"—the highest level of distinction—in the Solo Color Guard category (Age 19+) at Winter Guard International (WGI) 2021 in the United States. Additionally, he guided the Luminous Gems team to achieve two Master Ratings in the Ensemble category at the same event.

His global success continued with a victory in the Solo Open Class at CGN Global Online 2021 in the Netherlands, Europe’s largest color guard competition, where he also won in the Youth Solo and Open Ensemble categories. Furthermore, he secured a total of 9 awards at CGAP Spinfest in the Philippines, 4 awards at the Malaysia International Virtual Band Championships, and a remarkable 12 awards at the Asian Music Games in Indonesia, earning the highest number of gold medals for the country in the color guard division.

Beyond coaching, Panupong is a certified adjudicator, having completed Level 1 and Level 2 training with the Asian Marching Band Confederation (AMBC). He actively serves as a judge for Color Guard competitions in Thailand and internationally, including events in Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Currently, he serves as a drama teacher at Benjamaracharungsarit School in Chachoengsao and acts as the Director of the Luminous Gems and the Color Guard team at Wat Sothonwararamworawihan School. He remains a sought-after clinician and consultant for Color Guard and Visual Design for educational institutions both in Thailand and abroad.
