Division 1

1. No restriction of Educational Institution requirements. ไม่มีข้อจำกัดในเรื่องสถานศึกษา
2. No restriction of nationality. ไม่มีข้อจำกัดในเรื่องของสัญชาติ
3. No age requirements for Performer members entry. ไม่จำกัดอายุของผู้เข้าประกวดทุกตำแหน่ง
4. Performer members (including Drum Major) minimum required must be 27 people, except conductor. จำนวนผู้เข้าประกวดทุกตำแหน่ง (รวมคทากร) ทั้งหมดตั้งแต่ 27 คนขึ้นไป ไม่รวมผู้อำนวยเพลงและผู้ถือป้าย
5. A performer can only be participating and representing ONE TEAM in Marching Street Parade. ผู้เข้าประกวดทุกตำแหน่งสามารถลงประกวดได้เพียงทีมเดียวเท่านั้นในประเภท Marching Street Parade

Division 2

1. No restriction of Educational Institution requirements. ไม่มีข้อจำกัดในเรื่องสถานศึกษา
2. No restriction of nationality. ไม่มีข้อจำกัดในเรื่องของสัญชาติ
3. No age requirements for Performer members entry. ไม่จำกัดอายุของผู้เข้าประกวดทุกตำแหน่ง
4. Performer members (including Drum Major) must be minimum 10 to maximum 26 people only, except conductor. จำนวนผู้เข้าประกวดทุกตำแหน่ง (รวมคทากร) ทั้งหมดตั้งแต่ 10 คนขึ้นไป และไม่เกิน 26 คน ไม่รวมผู้อำนวยเพลงและผู้ถือป้าย
5. A performer can only be participating and representing ONE TEAM in Marching Street Parade. ผู้เข้าประกวดทุกตำแหน่งสามารถลงประกวดได้เพียงทีมเดียวเท่านั้นในประเภท Marching Street Parade

Division 3

1. No restriction of Educational Institution requirements. ไม่มีข้อจำกัดในเรื่องสถานศึกษา
2. No restriction of nationality. ไม่มีข้อจำกัดในเรื่องของสัญชาติ
3. Age requirements for Performer members must not over 14 years old (born since , Count by year only) except Drum Major. อายุของผู้เข้าประกวดทุกตำแหน่งไม่เกิน 14 ปีบริบูรณ์ (เกิดตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. เป็นต้นไป นับปีเกิดเท่านั้น ไม่นับวันที่) ไม่รวมผู้อำนวยเพลง
4. Performer members (including Drum Major) minimum required must be 20 people, except conductor. จำนวนผู้เข้าประกวดทุกตำแหน่งทั้งหมดตั้งแต่ 20 คนขึ้นไป ไม่รวมผู้อำนวยเพลง
5. A performer can only be participating and representing ONE TEAM in Marching Street Parade. ผู้เข้าประกวดทุกตำแหน่งสามารถลงประกวดได้เพียงทีมเดียวเท่านั้นในประเภท Marching Street Parade

Division 4

1. For Melodica Band only สำหรับวงเมโลดิก้าเท่านั้น
2. No restriction of Educational Institution requirements. ไม่มีข้อจำกัดในเรื่องสถานศึกษา
3. No restriction of nationality. ไม่มีข้อจำกัดในเรื่องของสัญชาติ
4. Age requirements for Performer members must not over 16 years old (born since , Count by year only) except Drum Major. อายุของผู้เข้าประกวดทุกตำแหน่งไม่เกิน 16 ปีบริบูรณ์ (เกิดตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. เป็นต้นไป นับปีเกิดเท่านั้น ไม่นับวันที่) ไม่รวมผู้อำนวยเพลง
5. Performer members minimum required must be 20 people, except conductor. จำนวนผู้เข้าประกวดทุกตำแหน่งทั้งหมดตั้งแต่ 20 คนขึ้นไป ไม่รวมผู้อำนวยเพลง
6. A performer can only be participating and representing ONE TEAM in Marching Street Parade. ผู้เข้าประกวดทุกตำแหน่งสามารถลงประกวดได้เพียงทีมเดียวเท่านั้นในประเภท Marching Street Parade

Eligibility Certification หนังสือรับรองคุณสมบัติ

1. Class that require a certificate is Student Class, Junior Class, Primary Class, Melodica Class, Scholastic Class รุ่นที่ต้องส่งหนังสือรับรอง ได้แก่ Student Class, Junior Class, Primary Class, Melodica Class, Scholastic Class
2. The school principal or acting school principal sign and certify all names and stamp the school's seal on every sheet.The names should be all together, not separated by individual. 3. The Eligibility Certification must be no more than 60 days old from the first day of the competition. หนังสือรับรองต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 60 วัน นับจากวันที่ประกวดวันแรกของรายการ

Classification & Category Change Policy การเปลี่ยนรุ่นและประเภท

1. Category change request is available only after the announcement of the names of the participation within 7 days. After the 7 day period, no changes are allowed in any case. Each team must check the accuracy of the category they are competing in and adhere to the announced list. สามารถเปลี่ยนประเภทประกวดได้ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากประกาศรายชื่อวงโยธวาทิต หากเกินวันและเวลาที่กำหนดจะไม่อนุญาตให้เปลี่ยนรุ่นการประกวดทุกกรณี โดยแต่ละทีมต้องตรวจสอบความถูกต้องในประเภทที่ลงประกวด และให้ยึดตามรายชื่อที่ประกาศ
2. Classification change request is available only 60 days prior to the first date of the competition period. You are not allowed to make any changes which is not in that period. สามารถเปลี่ยนรุ่น (Class) ประกวดได้ก่อนวันประกวด 60 วันเท่านั้น หากเกินวันและเวลาที่กำหนดจะไม่อนุญาตให้เปลี่ยนรุ่นการประกวดทุกกรณี
3. Classification & Category can only change once. การเปลี่ยนแปลงประเภทและรุ่นสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้เพียง 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น

Registration & Participation Confirmation Rules ข้อกำหนดการยืนยันสิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมการประกวด

Participant Status การเกิดสถานภาพผู้เข้าประกวด

1. Once a band has submitted their application, they are considered to have "confirmed their participation" and attained full participant status, thereby being immediately bound by the rules and regulations of the competition. เมื่อวงโยธวาทิตได้ส่งใบสมัครแล้ว ให้ถือว่าวงโยธวาทิตดังกล่าวได้ทำการ "ยืนยันสิทธิ์" และมีสถานภาพเป็นผู้เข้าประกวดโดยสมบูรณ์ ซึ่งมีพันธะหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับทันที

Termination of Status and Forfeiture of Awards การสิ้นสุดสถานภาพและการสละสิทธิ์รับรางวัล

1. If a band has submitted an application but fails to perform at the scheduled date and time of the competition, whether due to formal withdrawal or simply not showing up, they will be considered to have "forfeited" and their participant status will be terminated immediately. กรณีที่วงโยธวาทิตได้ส่งใบสมัครเข้าร่วมการประกวดแล้ว แต่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมทำการแสดงในวันและเวลาประกวดจริง ไม่ว่าจะเกิดจากการแจ้งถอนตัว หรือการไม่มาปรากฏตัวตามกำหนดการ ให้ถือว่าวงโยธวาทิตดังกล่าว "สละสิทธิ์" และสิ้นสุดสถานภาพผู้เข้าประกวดทันที
2. Bands that do not actually perform have no right to claim trophies, certificates, or any other benefits from the association and the organizing committee under any circumstances. ทั้งนี้ วงโยธวาทิตที่ไม่ได้ลงทำการแสดงจริง จะไม่มีสิทธิ์เรียกร้องขอรับถ้วยรางวัล เกียรติบัตร หรือสิทธิประโยชน์อื่นใดจากทางสมาคมฯ และคณะกรรมการจัดการประกวดทั้งสิ้น ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดก็ตาม

Withdrawal Control Measures มาตรการควบคุมการถอนตัวจากการประกวด

To ensure smooth management, the association divides the control measures into 2 phases: เพื่อให้การบริหารจัดการเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย สมาคมฯ แบ่งมาตรการควบคุมออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ดังนี้

1. 3.1 Pre-competition Phase: From the completion of registration until the day before the first day of the competition. If the organizing committee cannot contact the band, or if the band is unresponsive and ignores coordination efforts for more than 15 days, they will be deemed to have "forfeited". The organizing committee will immediately remove their name from the system. 3.1 ระยะก่อนเริ่มการประกวด: นับตั้งแต่วันที่สมัครเสร็จสิ้นจนถึงก่อนวันแรกของการประกวด หากฝ่ายจัดการประกวดไม่สามารถติดต่อวงโยธวาทิตได้ หรือวงโยธวาทิตขาดการติดต่อ เพิกเฉยต่อการประสานงานกลับ เกินกว่า 15 วัน ให้ถือว่าวงโยธวาทิตดังกล่าว "สละสิทธิ์" โดยคณะกรรมการจัดการประกวดจะดำเนินการลบรายชื่อออกจากระบบทันที
2. 3.2 During-competition Phase: From the first day of activities until the closing ceremony. If a band abandons the competition, fails to perform according to the schedule, or withdraws midway without a valid reason or prior notice, they will be considered in violation of the competition rules. 3.2 ระยะระหว่างการจัดการประกวด: นับตั้งแต่วันเริ่มกิจกรรมวันแรกจนถึงพิธีปิดการประกวด หากวงโยธวาทิตละทิ้งการประกวด ไม่ลงทำการแสดงตามตารางเวลา หรือถอนตัวกลางคันโดยไม่มีเหตุผลอันควร หรือโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ให้ถือว่าไม่ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบการประกวด

Procedures and Penalties ระเบียบปฏิบัติและบทลงโทษ

If a band must necessarily withdraw, they must follow these steps: ในกรณีที่วงโยธวาทิตมีความจำเป็นต้องถอนตัว ให้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอน ดังนี้

1. For cases under 3.1: Notify the organizing team via the official coordination channel (LINE OA). กรณีตามข้อ 3.1: ให้แจ้งความประสงค์ต่อทีมงานฝ่ายจัดการประกวด ผ่านช่องทางที่ใช้ในการประสานงานกับทีมงาน (LINE OA)
2. For cases under 3.2: Submit a formal letter of explanation to the Marching Band Association of Thailand, signed by an authorized person of the organization. กรณีตามข้อ 3.2: ต้องทำหนังสือชี้แจงเหตุผลต่อสมาคมวงโยธวาทิตแห่งประเทศไทย พร้อมลงนามโดยผู้มีอำนาจขององค์กร

If the actions violate the rules or fail to follow the above procedures, the organizing committee reserves the right to impose the following penalties: หากการกระทำดังกล่าวเป็นการฝ่าฝืนระเบียบ หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนข้างต้น คณะกรรมการจัดการประกวดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการกำหนดบทลงโทษ ดังนี้

1. Violation during Pre-competition Phase (Ref 3.1): Suspension from participating in all competitions organized by the Marching Band Association of Thailand for 1 year (the entire calendar year). The band may return to compete the following year. 3.1 กรณีฝ่าฝืนในระยะก่อนเริ่มการประกวด (ตามข้อ 3.1): (กรณีขาดการติดต่อเกิน 15 วัน หรือถอนตัวโดยไม่แจ้งทีมงาน) ระงับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมการประกวดทุกรายการที่จัดโดยสมาคมวงโยธวาทิตแห่งประเทศไทย เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี โดยจะสามารถกลับมาเข้าร่วมการประกวดได้อีกครั้งในปีถัดไป
2. Violation during During-competition Phase (Ref 3.2): Suspension from participating in all competitions organized by the Marching Band Association of Thailand for a period of 5 years. 3.2 กรณีฝ่าฝืนในระยะระหว่างการจัดการประกวด (ตามข้อ 3.2): (กรณีทิ้งการประกวดกลางคัน) ระงับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมการประกวดทุกรายการที่จัดโดย สมาคมวงโยธวาทิตแห่งประเทศไทย เป็นระยะเวลา 5 ปี

Documents and Preparation Before the Competition เอกสารและการเตรียมตัวก่อนการประกวด

Additional Document Requests การร้องขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติม (กรณีผูกพันงบประมาณทางราชการ)

1. As events in certain areas may involve government budgets, additional documents may be requested from participants (e.g., participant signature sheets). The organizing committee will prepare and send these documents to each team in advance. เนื่องจากการจัดงานในบางพื้นที่อาจมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้งบประมาณของหน่วยงานราชการ จึงอาจมีการร้องขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติมจากผู้เข้าประกวด (เช่น ใบลงลายมือชื่อผู้เข้าร่วม) ทางคณะกรรมการจัดการประกวดจะดำเนินการจัดเตรียมและจัดส่งเอกสารดังกล่าวให้แต่ละทีมล่วงหน้า
2. We request team representatives to bring the completed documents and submit them to the staff on the day of the competition. ขอความร่วมมือให้ตัวแทนทีมนำเอกสารที่ครบถ้วนมาส่งมอบให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ในวันประกวด

• * Note: Local government agencies may request additional documents retroactively as necessary. The organizing committee requests cooperation from all teams in coordinating these documents. * หมายเหตุ: หน่วยงานราชการในพื้นที่อาจมีการร้องขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติมย้อนหลังได้ตามความจำเป็น ทางกองประกวดจึงขอความร่วมมือจากทุกทีมในการประสานงานเรื่องเอกสารดังกล่าว

Reporting and Preparation on Competition Day การรายงานตัวและการเตรียมความพร้อมในวันประกวด

1. Competition Day Registration: There will be no registration on the day of the competition, except for a document drop-off point (if any). Staff will coordinate periodically. การลงทะเบียนวันประกวด: ในวันประกวดจะไม่มีการลงทะเบียน ยกเว้นจุดรับเอกสาร (ถ้ามี) โดยจะมีทีมงานประสานงานเป็นระยะ
2. Preparation Time: All teams must arrive at the competition venue at least 1 hour prior to their scheduled performance time, as the competition schedule may fluctuate (running ahead or behind schedule). เวลาเตรียมตัว: ให้ทุกทีมเดินทางมาถึงสถานที่จัดการประกวดล่วงหน้า อย่างน้อย 1 ชั่วโมง ก่อนถึงกำหนดการแสดงของทีมท่าน เนื่องจากตารางเวลาการประกวดอาจมีความคลาดเคลื่อน (เร็วขึ้นหรือช้าลง) จากเวลาที่กำหนดไว้

Waiting Area สถานที่พักคอย (Waiting Area)

1. The organizing committee will consider providing waiting areas based on the suitability and limitations of each venue (may or may not be available in some areas). คณะกรรมการจัดการประกวดจะพิจารณาจัดเตรียมสถานที่พักคอยตามความเหมาะสมและข้อจำกัดของแต่ละพื้นที่จัดงาน (อาจมีหรือไม่มีให้ในบางพื้นที่)
2. If a waiting area is provided, the organizing committee will allocate space to each team as appropriate. ในกรณีที่มีการจัดเตรียมพื้นที่พักคอยไว้ให้ กองประกวดจะเป็นผู้จัดสรรพื้นที่ให้กับแต่ละทีมตามความเหมาะสม

• * Disclaimer: If any team is found to have reserved or blocked off space in advance without permission, the staff reserves the right to cancel that reservation to reallocate it fairly and maintain order for all teams. * ข้อสงวนสิทธิ์: หากพบว่ามีทีมใดทำการจับจองหรือกันพื้นที่ไว้ล่วงหน้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกสิทธิ์การจองพื้นที่นั้น เพื่อนำมาจัดสรรใหม่ให้เกิดความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยและเท่าเทียมกันทุกทีม

Provided Equipment Rules ข้อกำหนดการใช้เครื่องดนตรีอุปกรณ์กลาง

1. Provided central equipment is strictly for use during the competition. เครื่องดนตรีกลางใช้สำหรับการประกวดเป็นหลัก
2. The organizing team does not provide Sticks & Mallets; participants must bring their own. ทางฝ่ายจัดการประกวด ไม่ได้จัดเตรียมไม้ตี (Sticks & Mallets) ไว้ให้ ผู้เข้าประกวดจะต้องนำมาเอง
3. Altering the fundamental tuning of the Timpani is not allowed. Participants must use them within the standard pitch range of that specific model. ไม่อนุญาตให้ปรับเปลี่ยน การตั้งเสียงพื้นฐานของกลองทิมปานี ผู้เข้าประกวดต้องใช้งานตามช่วงเสียงมาตรฐานของเครื่องรุ่นนั้น ๆ เท่านั้น
4. Participants are responsible for any damages caused to the equipment during their use. ผู้เข้าประกวดต้องรับผิดชอบความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้น หากอุปกรณ์ชำรุดจากการใช้งานของทางวง
5. The organizing team reserves the right to change the brand and model of the instruments in case of force majeure or necessity. ฝ่ายจัดการประกวดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงยี่ห้อและรุ่นของเครื่องดนตรี หากเกิดเหตุสุดวิสัยหรือเหตุจำเป็น
6. For the Modern Concert Band category, 60 music stands and 100 chairs will be provided for every team. ประเภท Modern Concert Band จะจัดเตรียมขาตั้งโน้ตและเก้าอี้ให้กับทุกทีม โดยมีจำนวน ขาตั้งโน้ตจำนวน 60 ตัว / เก้าอี้จำนวน 100 ตัว
7. Conductor Podium: (Example only, actual podiums may vary) Marching 1 meter high, Concert. โพเดียมผู้อำนวยเพลง: (ภาพตัวอย่างเท่านั้น โดยแต่ละทีจะมีความแตกต่างกัน) Marching สูง 1 เมตร Concert

Event Performance รายละเอียดการประกวด

General Rules กฎทั่วไป

1. If the all participants over teams limite must send a video for qualifying round and score ranking (Preliminary) to select not more than 15 teams (including all classes) to the Semi Finals and the Finals. หากวงโยธวาทิตที่ส่งเข้าประกวดมีจำนวนทีมเกินกว่าที่กำหนดจะต้องส่งวิดีโอในรอบคัดเลือกและจัดลำดับคะแนน (Prelims) เพื่อคัดเลือกวงโยธวาทิตจำนวนไม่เกิน 15 ทีม (รวมทุกรุ่น) เข้าสู่รอบรองชนะเลิศ (Semi Finals) และรอบชิงชนะเลิศ (FInals)
2. International participants will be eligible to enter the semi-finals and finals automatically and will be counted in all 15 teams. วงโยธวาทิตจากต่างประเทศจะได้รับสิทธิ์ให้เข้าสู่รอบรองและรอบชิงชนะเลิศ โดยจำนวนทีมให้นับรวมอยู่ใน 15 ทีมทั้งหมด
3. The champion of Band Competition of Thailand (only for Thailand Band present year and same category only) will be eligible to enter the semi-finals and finals automatically and will be counted in all 15 teams. วงโยธวาทิตที่ได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศ การประกวดวงโยธวาทิตแห่งประเทศไทย (BCT) ในปีเดียวกันเและต้องเป็นประเภทการประกวดเดียวกัน จะได้รับสิทธิ์์ให้เข้าสู่รอบรองชนะเลิศ (Semi Finals) และรอบชิงชนะเลิศ (Finals) โดยจำนวนทีมให้นับรวมอยู่ใน 15 ทีมทั้งหมด
4. Judging System by World Marching Band Organization (WMBO), all classes are being judged by different criteria. ใช้ระบบการตัดสินจากองค์การวงโยธวาทิตโลก (WMBO) โดยในแต่ละรุ่นจะใช้เกณฑ์การตัดสินที่แตกต่างกัน
5. Can select any suitable songs and the participant team must responsibility for music copyright in anycase. เลือกบทเพลงที่ใช้ในการประกวดได้อิสระ โดยทีมที่เข้าประกวดต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบด้านลิขลิขสิทธิ์เพลงทุกกรณี
6. Not allow to use Fire, live animals all the time when performance. ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้อุปกรณ์ที่เป็นเชื้อเพลิงหรือประกายไฟ และสัตว์มีชีวิตทุกชนิด อย่างเด็ดขาด
7. Equipment that looks like real firearms (excluding the Color Guard's Rifle equipment) and equipment that is sharp and dangerous to the performers are not permitted. ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้อุปกรณ์ที่มีลักษณะคล้ายอาวุธปืนจริง (ไม่รวมอุปกรณ์ Rifle ของ Color Guard) และอุปกรณ์ที่มีความคมเสี่ยงอันตรายต่อผู้แสดงได้
8. Gestures that suggest violence, such as the throat-cutting gesture, and sexually inappropriate and disrespectful gestures are not allowed. Inappropriate gestures that are aggressive and lack good manners towards each other are not allowed. ไม่อนุญาตให้แสดงท่าทางที่ส่อเสียดไปทางความรุนแรง เช่น ท่าปาดคอ และท่าทางที่ไม่เหมาะสมทางเพศและการไม่ให้เกียรติฝั่งตรงข้าม ท่าทางที่ไม่สุภาพออกไปในเชิงก้าวร้าวและไม่มีมารยาทที่ดีต่อกัน
9. Be careful when using religious or emotionally sensitive content in your presentation. Avoid content that is likely to cause misunderstanding. ระวังในการนำเสนอที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศาสนาหรือเรื่องเปราะบางทางจิตใจมาใช้ในการแสดง ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการนำเสนอที่หมิ่นเหม่ต่อการเข้าใจผิด
10. Any kind of equipment or props including electrical equipment are allowed to use for the performance by taking into consideration of the performer’s safety for the first priority. Staffs reserve the right to consider not granting permission in case of seeing the risk of the equipment. ฉาก อุปกรณ์ หรือสิ่งของประกอบการแสดง รวมไปถึงอุปกรณ์ที่เป็นระบบไฟฟ้า อนุญาตให้ใช้ประกอบการแสดงได้ โดยให้คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยของผู้แสดง ทีมงานและผู้ชมเป็นสำคัญ และสมาคมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการพิจารณาไม่อนุญาต ในกรณีที่เห็นถึงความเสี่ยงของอุปกรณ์ดังกล่าว
11. Only participants can stay in the competition area. ผู้ที่อยู่ในพื้นที่การแสดง ต้องเป็นผู้เข้าประกวดเท่านั้น
12. Props and equipment NOT allow to put inside the stadium before or after competition, must take everything out from competition area. ฉากและอุปกรณ์ทุกชนิด ไม่อนุญาตให้วางไว้ในสนาม ทั้งก่อนและหลังการประกวด ต้องเคลื่อนย้ายเข้าและออกจากพื้นที่การประกวดเท่านั้น

Technical Rules กฎด้านเทคนิค

1. The instruments allow to use in competition is Woodwind, Brass, Marching Percussion, Color Guard, Melodica, Bagpipe and other instruments is suitable for competition. เครื่องดนตรีที่สามารถใช้ลงประกวดได้ ได้แก่ เครื่องดนตรีประเภทเครื่องเป่าลมไม้ (Woodwind), เครื่องลมทองเหลือง (Brass), เครื่องดนตรีประเภทตี (Marching Percussion), เครื่องดนตรีประเภทเมโลดิก้า, ปี่สก๊อต และอื่น ๆ ที่เหมาะสมกับประเภทการประกวด
2. Can use Color Guard the number must be counted according to the rules. สามารถใช้นักแสดงได้ (Color Guard) จำนวนผู้เล่นให้นับรวมอยู่ตามกติกากำหนด
3. Electric instruments NOT allow using, including speaker. ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้เครื่องดนตรีประเภทเครื่องดนตรีไฟฟ้า รวมทั้งเครื่องขยายเสียง
4. Must keep walking forword follow street line, can stop for a while but not a mian show. การเดินขบวนต้องเดินไปข้างหน้าตลอดเวลา สามารถหยุดได้ชั่วขณะหนึ่ง แต่ไม่ใช่การหยุดสำหรับการโชว์
5. Prepare one show at Show Area. ให้เตรียมการแสดงจำนวนหนึ่งชุดบริเวณจุด Show Area
6. Performer members must same person with Marching Street Parade and show area, not allow to add or remove player except conductor. ผู้เข้าประกวดทุกตำแหน่งต้องเป็นผู้เล่นชุดเดียวกันทั้งหมด ไม่อนุญาตให้เพิ่มหรือลดจำนวนคนในจุดแสดง (Show Area) ยกเว้นผู้อำนวยเพลง
7. Show Area can switch instruments when changing the player's position, but it must be a switch only, not an addition. จุดแสดง (Show Area) สามารถสับเปลี่ยนเครื่องดนตรีได้ในกรณีที่เปลี่ยนตำแหน่งของผู้เล่น โดยต้องเป็นการสับเปลี่ยนเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่การเพิ่มเติม
8. For Marching Percussion instruments, stands are not permitted in the Show Area. สำหรับเครื่องดนตรีประเภท Marching Percussion ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้ขาตั้งที่จุดแสดง (Show Area)
9. Not allow to use pit percussion. ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้เครื่องดนตรีประเภท Pit Percussion
10. Props and Color Guard equipments can prepare at show area. ฉากและอุปกรณ์ Color Guard รวมทั้งเครื่องดนตรีขนาดใหญ่ เช่น กลองชุด กลองพื้นเมือง สามารถเตรียมรอบริเวณจุดการแสดง (Show Area) ได้

Competition Timing เวลาการประกวด

1. During street parade no timer. ระหว่างการเดิน Parade ไม่มีการจับเวลา
2. Show area is allowed a performance time of 1 to 3 minutes. เวลาที่ใช้ในการประกวดสำหรับจุดการแสดงโชว์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 นาที และไม่เกิน 3 นาที

Set Up & Start การจัดสนามและการเริ่มการแสดง

1. A team is allowed five (5) minutes to set-up and warm-up anywhere in the performance area (no penalty). การจัดสนาม อุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ และการวอร์มอัพ ไม่มีการจับเวลาและตัดคะแนน แต่ทั้งนี้ไม่ควรเกิน 5 นาที (ไม่มีการตัดคะแนน)
2. Can start anywhere on the performance floor. The timing will begin following the announcement that... สามารถเริ่มการแสดงได้ทุกพื้นที่บนเวทีการประกวด หลังจากการจัดสนาม หรือ วอร์มอัพเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยจะมีการประกาศก่อนการแสดงดังนี้...

Announcer Commandสัญญาณการประกาศก่อนการแสดง

• Step 1 : Welcome, everyone to Thailand World Music Championships, The team going to the field is from [Province/State, Country]
• Step 2 : Master of Ceremonies will explain team information (During team set up the filed).
• Step 3 : (Team ready to start) Drum Major [mention max three name] is your team ready? (give signal to MC.)
• Step 4 : The performance of 20XX Program [Program Title] ### Conductor turn to salute ### Thailand World Music Championships proud to present [Team Name].
• Step 5 : Start the Show...

• ประกาศ 1 : ขอต้อนรับทุกท่านเข้าสู่สนามการประกวด วงโยธวาทิตที่กำลังเข้าสู่สนามมาจาก [จังหวัด/รัฐ, ประเทศ]
• ประกาศ 2 : ผู้ประกาศจะบรรยายเกี่ยวกับวงโยธวาทิต (ในขณะที่วงโยธวาทิตกำลังจัดสนาม)
• ประกาศ 3 : (ทีมพร้อมประกวด) ผู้อำนวยเพลงได้แก่ [กล่าวชื่อจำนวนไม่เกิน 3 ท่าน] (ให้สัญญาณพร้อมแสดงกับผู้ประกาศ)

  หลังจากได้ยินประกาศชื่อโชว์ให้ผู้อำนวยเพลงหันทำความเคารพ
• Step 5 : เริ่มการแสดง...

3. After the announcement is over the first step or first moving by the band after the announcement will start count time to performance. หลังจากการประกาศจบลงแล้ว เสียงดนตรีที่เกิดขึ้นเสียงแรก หรือ การขยับท่าทางต่าง ๆ ครั้งแรก จะเริ่มจับเวลาในการประกวด
4. Stopping timer at the end of the performance will be counted from the last sound or movement of the performance. การหยุดจับเวลาเมื่อสิ้นสุดการแสดง ให้นับจากเสียงหรือการเคลื่อนไหวสุดท้ายสิ้นสุดลง
5. The team should completely vacate the performance field within three (3) minutes of the end of the Performance (no penalty). หลังจากประกวดสิ้นสุดลงแล้ว การขนอุปกรณ์และเครื่องดนตรีออกจากสนามไม่มีการจับเวลา แต่ทั้งนี้ไม่ควรเกิน 3 นาที (ไม่มีการตัดคะแนน)

Performance Field Diagram (Show Area) พื้นที่การประกวด (จุดโชว์)

1. The field size is 10x20 Yards. (Using more space than specified is allowed if necessary, but should not exceed 2 yards. Please check the competition venue to reduce errors and prevent accidents that may occur.) ขนาดสนามการประกวด 10x20 หลา (การใช้พื้นที่เกินจากที่กำหนดสามารถทำได้ในกรณีที่จำเป็น แต่ไม่ควรเกินระยะ 2 หลา ให้ตรวจสอบสถานที่ประกวดเพื่อลดข้อผิดพลาดและป้องกันอุบัติเหตุที่สามารถเกิดขึ้น)
2. The performance must be on the designated canvas (size according to Section 1). Any use of space beyond the designated area is the responsibility of the marching band and additional space cannot be requested. การแสดงให้อยู่บนพื้นผ้าใบที่กำหนด (ขนาดตาม ข้อ 1) การใช้พื้นที่เกินจากที่กำหนดให้ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของทางวงโยธวาทิต โดยจะไม่สามารถขอพื้นที่เพิ่มเติมได้
3. The backside overarea is trimmed to 2x10 yards. พื้นที่ด้านหลังกำจัดส่วนเกินไว้ที่ 2x10 หลา

Penalty การตัดคะแนนและบทลงโทษ

1. For time requirements: 0.1 points per 3 seconds or fraction thereof. หากใช้เวลาการประกวดเกินหรือน้อยกว่าตามที่กำหนดไว้ ทุก ๆ 3 วินาที ถูกตัด 0.1 คะแนน
2. Any participants over age limit or over quantity of participants rules will not allow to join competition. กรณีตรวจเจอผู้เล่นที่อายุเกิน หรือจำนวนผู้เล่นเกินจากที่กติกากำหนด ต้องถูกตัดสิทธิ์ออกจากการประกวดเท่านั้น
3. If the number of performers is less than the rules, 1 point will be deducted for every 1 person until the number specified by the rules is reached (Example, the rules specify a minimum of 20 performers and you have 18 performers, 2 points will be deducted) หากจำนวนผู้ลงประกวดน้อยกว่ากติกากำหนด จะถูกตัด 1 คะแนน ทุก ๆ 1 คน จนครบจำนวนที่กติกากำหนด (ตัวอย่าง กติกากำหนดขี้นต่ำ 20 คน หากมีจำนวนผู้เข้าประกวดทั้งหมด 18 คน จะถูกตัด 2 คะแนน)
4. The violation to the general rule no.11 & 12 will result in penalty for 5 points. การทำผิดหมวดกฎทั่วไป ข้อที่ 11 และ ข้อ 12 ถูกตัด 5 คะแนน
5. The violation to the technical rules no.6 will result in penalty for 10 points. การทำผิดหมวดกฎด้านเทคนิค ข้อที่ 6 ถูกตัด 10 คะแนน
