Founded in 2009, Eins Baum is a community where people of all backgrounds—persons with disabilities, non-disabled individuals, and slow learners—communicate and grow together through the language of music, just like its name, which means “One Tree.” Eins Baum shares the value of diversity, respecting disability not as a difference but as individuality through its performances, and creates stages where everyone can come together through communication with the audience. It is also a social enterprise that practices social values of living together through music.
