Free Orquestra of The Lia Maria Aguiar Foundation
FREE CHILDREN'S ORCHESTRA OF THE LIA MARIA AGUIAR FOUNDATION
Created in 2017 in order to meet the pedagogical needs of the FLMA Music Center, it currently meets the official calendar of the institution, which has already reached its 6th Edition of official Concerts, as well as the events to which they are invited.
On the other hand, it has participated in competitive events, winning awards such as:
- Champion in the Concert category of the OCIFABAN State Championship – 2023
- Qualified for the National Championship of the Brazilian League of bands and brass bands - 2023
"- Silver medal in the World Open Virtual Competition – WAMSB World Championship 2022.

Officially consolidated in 2017, the Music Center arose from the desire to encourage potential, awakening an affinity with the musical instrument and the connection with sound.
The Center serves low-income children and young people, aged between 6 and 21, free of charge, willing to explore all the playfulness and sensitivity that the genre offers. Those who wish to join the course participate in the selection process, which validates the candidate's admission.
With instruments and a quality structure, music students can develop their talents and take advantage of opportunities in the artistic world.
Students in the Music Center have the possibility of learning in an inclusive way, immersed in a study routine within their areas of activity. Divided into string, wind and percussion instruments, worked individually and collectively, the classes are accompanied by a team of teachers and collaborators, who guarantee the quality of learning and the improvement of the student's talent.
