The Marching Band of Wat Klang Municipal School, Department of Education, Khon Kaen Municipality, Khon Kaen Province

The band was first established in 1989 (B.E. 2532) with 20 instruments. It continued to develop and grow to 50 instruments, achieving standard band status in 2015 (B.E. 2558).

**1988 (B.E. 2558)**
- First Place Winner in Parade Category, organized by the Department of Physical Education
Marching Band Competition of the School Bank Project by the Government Savings Bank, Khon Kaen Province

**1989 (B.E. 2559)**
- First Runner-up in Parade Category, organized by the Department of Physical Education
Northeastern Regional Marching Band Championship, Ubon Ratchathani Province

**1990 (B.E. 2560)**
- First Runner-up in Parade Category, organized by the Department of Physical Education
Northeastern Regional Marching Band Championship, Khon Kaen Province
- Outstanding Wind Instrument Award, organized by the Department of Physical Education

- First Runner-up in Brass Battle Category at the World Marching Band Competition for the Royal Cup, Sisaket Province

- First Place Winner in Parade Category, organized by the Department of Physical Education

- Outstanding Wind Instrument Award, organized by the Department of Physical Education
Northeastern Regional Marching Band Championship, Udon Thani Province
- First Place Winner in the High School Marching Band Competition for the Royal Cup of His Majesty King Rama X, organized by the Melodian Association, held at Fashion Island Shopping Mall

**2022 (B.E. 2565)**
- First Place Winner of the Royal Cup of Her Royal Highness Princess Dipangkorn Rasmijoti in the Drum Basic Division, performing the piece "H2O"
- First Runner-up, Minister of Culture Honorary Trophy in the Color Guard category, performing the piece "Fly to the Sky" Both awards were won in The 12th Thailand International Marching Competition 2021 (TIMC)

**2023 (B.E. 2566)**
- Gold Medal for Excellence with a score of 85.83 in the MUSIC & MARCHING ARTS INTERNATIONAL Thailand KKU Open 2023, Concert Percussion Ensemble category, high school division
- First Place Gold Medal with a score of 91.75 in the Band Competitions of Thailand, Ensemble Concert Percussion category, under 19 years old, winning the Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin's trophy
- First Runner-up, Silver Medal with a score of 80.75 in the Band Competitions of Thailand, Ensemble Brass category, under 19 years old
